Our fifth Cask comes from Speyside Distillery - Benrinnes. We believe the cask was originally used for Bourbon.

We casked our LinGin London Dry in October 2021 at the start of the second lockdown and left it to mature for 17 months. 

The result is a beautifully smooth Gin with the wonderful caramel, toffee and vanilla flavours coming from the cask. This is a limited bottling of only 125.
