LinGin cask aged - Cask number 4

This is our fourth LinGin Cask Aged. This time we chose a Bunnahabhain whisky cask and aged the Gin for 7 months and 10 days. 

Number 4 is a paler aged gin compared to our first two. It has subtle notes from the whisky coming through that are wonderfully balanced with the LinGin Dry we used.

You may be wondering why we have jumped from Cask number 2 to 4. Well, number 3 is still in the cask maturing. It is a sherry cask and we are leaving it a bit longer to see what happens. We have no idea what the outcome will be but we are excited to give it a try.
